

I have these 1” thick boneless pork chops I’m planning on slow cooking. They’ve been marinating in this Peach Whiskey sauce (pic 2) since last night. Was also thinking about touch chopping some onion to go on the bottom of the crock.
I a google search of several (at least 4) different recipes, they went anywhere from 2-6 hours.

Sear them and put them in on Auto until they look and taste great.
Put some tin foil on top, nice and tight and place in oven at 225 for 5-7 hours.. masterpiece after that.. enjoy
I usually do 6 hrs on low for pork chops
