Reverse Sear Prime Rin

Aldi had these on sale for $8.99 a pound so I invited some friends over on Sunday. Dry brined overnight and rubbed it with an olive oil, pepper, garlic, thyme and rosemary paste before putting it in the oven. Came out great!

Also made the crispy roast potatoes but didn’t get a picture.
