I try to post at least one meal a day somwehere on reddit, either here or in a similar dieting related subgroup to keep myself motivated. I look forward to creating low in calorie and satisfying meals each day because of this. Thanks to everyone who supports these kind of posts, I think it helps many of us to associate the positive feedback on our pics/posts with our daily decision-makings. I used to be a huge binger, I used to be a huge secret eater and I still behave like both of these things sometimes, but ever since I've discovered this type of "journaling" let's say, it's been much easier to keep myself accountable. r/CICO and r/1200lisplenty have been a little bit like keeping a public journal for me and I'm very happy that I discovered these groups and thankful for all the positivity here.
