    Hi! First post. I wanted to start sharing my meals with y’all 1) to hold myself accountable and 2) to share ideas. 🙂 I’m also intermittent fasting so I have fewer large meals throughout the afternoon/evening as opposed to several small ones.

    2 tsp sesame oil (80)

    1/2 cup steamed edamame (80)

    1/4 cup jasmine rice (160)

    Half brick medium tofu (175)

    1 tsp soya sauce (10)

    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce (30)

    2 tsp sriracha (10)

    Sprinkle bagel seasoning (0)

    Handful arugula, cucumber tossed in rice wine vinegar (20)

    **Garnished with scallions and cilantro which I didn’t count.

    Looks delish. I was about to suggest adding cilantro and then I read the footnote!
