Avocado Salsa for Chicken Salad Meal Preps

    1 Medium Hass Avocado

    1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

    3 Jalapenos

    1/4 Medium White Onion

    3/4 Cup Water

    1 Tbsp White Vinegar

    1 tsp salt (3/4 would have been fine)

    I’ve been experimenting with the above. I used 3 jalapenos last time and the heat was decent. Used 3 this time and it was making me sweat a bit. The flavor is great though, adjust as needed. I like a bit extra vinegar.

    Going to be used with some El Pollo Loco style chicken in a salad with greek yogurt lime avocado dressing and pico.
