1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
750g Pork Ribs
ยผ” Ginger
2″ Cinnamon Stick
ยผ tsp. Turmeric Powder
ยผ tsp. Cumin Seeds
8 Garlic Cloves
6 Cloves
10 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 ยผ cups Onion
ยผ cup Tamarind Water
5 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 60 mins

  8. Absolutely love this recipe! Always turns out better than the last time. I use a mix of chilli flakes and paprika to balance the spice level and colour (this is because I don't really have access to Kashmiri chillies where I live). Keep up the good work, Fatima ๐Ÿ™‚
