Like the majority of things in life, you pay for what you get.
It’s $250 for a reason. If you intend to use it every now and then, you’re probably fine. If you’re a seasoned griller / smoker who intends to use it more than twice a month, spend a little more and at least get a PB Pro or equivalent.
