Just really proud of this habanero and jalapeño salsa I made
Used red onion instead of white and a maggi chicken bouillon cube. Turned out so good!! Miles better than any restaurant salsa I’ve had

Ingredients:
2 big tomatoes 2 jalapeños 1 habanero deseeded 3 cloves garlic 1/4 red onion 3/4 maggi chicken cube 1 tbsp salt 1 whole lime juice 1.5 tbsp brown sugar finely chopped 2 handfuls cilantro finely chopped onion (1/4 onion)
Roast everything on a pan with oil and blend with 1/2 cup water. Add the chopped onion and cilantro after

Looks great! (And super spicy!) You’ve managed to create a salsa batch where a chip can always manage to get some red onion and/or cilantro with each dipping. Thumbs up!

If you’ve ever had tacos dorados with consume. It’s basically chicken broth and salsa combined to make a salsa that has a full chicken broth flavor to it. Almost taste like a spicy chicken soup.
Anyways tacos dorados is probably one of my favorite mexican dishes, and that’s what the chicken cube addition reminded me of.
