It tastes a bit of the sea, I think it’s great. They have a serano version that’s a bit hotter and some interesting barrel aged limited releases that were an interesting twist (and not horrendously expensive).
We often use it in ramen, tuna salad, and a couple other things I can’t think of off the top of my head.
