The portions of free breakfast/dessert item for life varies a lot depending on what you get, but I’ve honestly been very impressed with the sizes when it’s an actual breakfast recipes

Tonight we only had 2/4 family members home for dinner and the Gouda-ful Egg & Crispy Onion Sammies worked for a light dinner for two.

Another time we got the Peanut Butter & Cherry Belgian Waffles and actually stretched it to all four people since they give you four waffles (a portion is supposed to be 2 per person) and adding our own scrambled eggs

    Agreed. I have this same recipe this week, haven’t made it yet, but from the calorie count it’s a good portion. I was already planning it to be a full meal. The breakfast burritos are a decent portion as well. Add some fruit to fill you up if needed.

    I’ve had some meals that are less calories then the breakfast options. I guess I could pair those with the free dessert options… hmm, I like that idea. I love me some cheesecake.
