No more restricting all carbs, no more insanely long fasting windows, no gimmicks, no tricks: including bread, pasta and potatoes (all my “forbidden foods”).

Love this sub for inspiration. I already lost 100lbs on my own but I always took an extreme approach: no carbs, long IF or water fasting for a week.

After I stopped my extreme habits and tried to “eat like a normal person”, what happened? In 4 months I gained back 15 lbs. UNACCEPTABLE. I turned to Reddit and 1500 is Plenty popped up and I decided the only answer for me wasn’t a shot or surgery or starving myself; it was good old fashioned boring calorie counting and measuring.

NOW I am back on the right track.
