Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
2 onion
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tomato
1 ts ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chicken masala powder
Grated coconut
200 g shredded chicken (you can use any left over chicken)
Coriander leaves
For crepe batter
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 cup water or little more, adjust accordingly
Oil for frying

2 tbsp. oil 2 onion sliced 2 green chilies salt to taste cook until onion become soft 1 tomato chopped cook until tomatoes are soft 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder ( all spice powder) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp chicken masala powder( chicken powder)
200 g chicken boiled & shredded 1/2 to 3/4th cup grated coconut Mix well and cook for 5 to 8 minutes Some coriander leaves 2 eggs Half tsp salt 1 cup flour 1 cup water Blend Another half cup water Check the batter consistency Heat the pan on medium flame wipe with oil
Add large spoon of batter and spread Wait for few seconds, It will come out easily once cooked Brush with oil Add prepared filling Fold Makes 12 to 13 with this batter 1 tbsp. oil Fry until golden on both the sides Thanks for watching
