Going on a run for thing in the morning I’ve been eating right away pretty much and I’ve noticed that’s been really feeling good for me so let’s go make breakfast let’s get into It I made this exact breakfast yesterday and it’s so good for 34 cup of this specific brand yogurt you got 18 g of protein that’s not even a full cup there are some yogurt brands where it’s like the same amount of yogurt gives you like 5 g of protein or something so
Definitely make sure to read what it says for the protein content but I highly recommend this specific yogurt and then if you don’t live in the US try to find the most similar Greek yogurt to this you can I microwaved some frozen blueberries I’m going to add that on
Top I always think this looks so pretty and I like to kind of like mix it in I’m going to use this last little bit of gluten-free granola I have from purely Elizabeth this is the coconut cashew flavor and it actually has a good amount of protein I normally don’t measure out

And some whipped cream because I want to recreate the shamrock shake so I’m going to have to go back to go get some mint and Halo top ice cream I also picked up my favorite pistachio milk and then some cottage cheese and some Greek yogurt Essentials always the best protein
Packed dairy products that I love and then I got some cauliflower and some chicken which I’m going to make for dinner and this delicious hummus that I’m obsessed with and that’s it updated I went to another grocery store and I got my turkey I got some onion to make
My my lunch some of my favorite granola because I ran out this morning and then mint for my shamrock shake that I’m going to make probably tomorrow it’s 1:00 p.m. so it’s time for lunch and for lunch today we’re going to be making some stuffed bell Peppers Okay so they slightly burnt which is not ideal but it’s okay I think it’ll be fine and the turkey is ready so I’m just going to build them Now I was going to put the cheese and then put it back in the air fryer so that it would like kind of melt but I’m just going to put it on top and hopefully it’s warm enough and it’ll kind of melt the cheese and you could
Stuff this with other stuff too you could put like beans and rice and you could put avocado really anything you want but this is what I’m going with I’m keeping it simple today and 1 tbspoon of this has 2 m of protein okay lunch is served this is definitely not aesthetic

Also, please, please do not wash your chicken. Here's some info I found about doing so. Sorry to be "that" person. I'm just looking out for you! 😘
– Washing or rinsing chicken increases risk. Salmonella, Campylobacter and other harmful bacteria live on raw chicken. Washing or rinsing doesn’t remove this risk, it worsens it by helping the bacteria spread. When you add water through washing or rinsing, you give these bacteria a way to travel throughout your kitchen.
– Chicken has already been washed. Today’s manufacturing cleans the chicken, so there is no filth, feathers, or anything else on it that needs to be washed off. Poultry may have a coating of water and protein: this gets cooked off, or you can remove it with a clean paper towel and then wash your hands.
– There’s a better, safer way to cook chicken. If you see anything on the chicken you want to get rid of, wipe it off with a clean paper towel and then wash your hands. Separate raw chicken from fresh and ready-to-eat foods. Keep surfaces clean by washing them with hot, soapy water. Cooking chicken to 165°F using a food thermometer will kill any dangerous bacteria and make it safe to eat.
