Pictured is the arroz chaufa (16), ceviche (16), lomo Saltado (16), and the beef heart 10.5. Warning I know this place is a pain in the ass to order from since the hours are inconsistent. I recommend calling or dming on Instagram to preorder. We preordered for 8 pm. And when we got there the lomo was ready, but we waited gradually for the other items to come. Left around 9:30. The food is really stellar and he makes rocoto sauce from scratch. The arroz chaufa is one of those dishes that are so good it could be a last meal in Austin. His Peruvian ceviche is really delicious and has a great spice quick. The lomo Saltado is very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The beef hearts were surprisingly tender, don’t knock it till you try. This was my second time visiting and just as good as the first, the first time I waited for like 2-3 hours and didn’t preorder. I would not drive here to order unless you wanna spend hours here. Def book in advance.

They absolutely do. They also have the slowest service so be aware. You call in, he quotes 30 min, you show up after 30 min, he checks your ticket and starts cooking and you wait another 30 min. Great food though

Shhhhhhhhhh!!!! This is central Austin’s best kept secret.
In all reality, I love this guy and I hope he gets more recognition. He is so friendly and his food is great every time. This is in my Top 3 of Atx food recs.

Love this spot.

This place is incredibly delicious but it takes fucking for-ev-er because he insists on doing it all by himself. We’ve encouraged him to get help so many times but it’s like a matter of pride for him. Such a shame because again, it is all 10 out of 10.
