Was happy to find this reddit and wanted to share something I made recently. I have found that "KETO" Recipes are just not that great, and I REALLY cannot stand Almond flour. But the King Arthur Keto Wheat flour is a perfect 1:1 ratio for AP Flour
** NO, this not an advertisement ** I feel I need to mention this as it seems lately when ever I mention a product by name someone accuses me of being paid to mention things. This could not be further from the truth.

This recipe calls for AP Flour and Honey. I replaced the AP Flour with the King Arthur Keto Wheat flour and the Honey with Mrs. Butterworth Sugar Free Maple Syrup! It was VERY easy to make, I made the dough the night before, baked it in the morning, and then heated it up that night. Then using more garlic then the recipe calls for, melted some butter, added the garlic sautéed for a few minutes then brushed it on. Then had some Flavored olive oil for dipping (the Blood Orange Olive Old was INSANE). And before you ask, no, it did not have a maple flavor from the Syrup.
This bread came out had exceeded my expectations!!! the group I made it for had a couple of ppl who were not doing low carb and could not tell the difference. PLUS! I did not tell anyone it was low carb till we were half way done with it.
