Wanted fries so thinly sliced 130 grams of potatoes and fry them in 5 grams of oil. 7/10 couldn't flip it well so both sides are not equally seared but the taste is good! Next to it just classic sausages and tomato sauce.
For the pudding I used;
40 grams of oats
100 ml of milk
5-7 grams of cacao powder
1-5 tbsp of Cream cheese
15 grams of honey.
Just mix them and let it rest in the fridge overnight. Super healthy and super delicious! Fixed my chocolate craving!!! This recipe has about 220-30 calories and loaded with fibres and proteins.
