I think the sugar has just hardened? If you run it over some warm water it should go back to normal I think.

It means it’s real honey and just crystallized. Fake honey usually contains corn syrup, which prevents crystallization. Put this in a bowl of warm water and it should return to its liquid state and be safe to consume. It is in a plastic bottle though, and I know there’s concern about warming plastic/leaching, so proceed with this information as you will.

The opposite! Raw honey crystalizes much more easily than pasteurized honey. Boil some water, turn off the heat, and submerge the bottle in it. You just need to melt those sugar crystals again.

Runny honey is usually diluted to save companies money. Cheap honey also has a lot of added sugar so it’s best to avoid them.

Nope, it’s just crystalized which happens with all honey at some point. Put the bottle in a pot of hot water and it’ll reconstitute in 10 mins or so.
