I normally make a spicy cheese dip with whole, raw habaneros (well I purée them before putting them in the dip) but they are hard to come by in my area right now. I have an event coming up towards the end of the month and I was wondering if anyone has used this powder before. I was going to get some and use it to add to my cheese dip to give it some kick if it’s any good.

I use habanero powder all the time. I love it.
With that being said, this doesn’t appear to have any mango in it.
If there’s a Mexican market that stocks produce near you then check there for habaneros. That’s usually where I find the best deals and highest quality
i usually just dry and powderize my habaneros. while a a dehydrator is best, you can just use cut in half habaneros and air dry them followed by a coffee grinder to make a powder.
I read the mango was a typo. Still I do have Amchur (mango powder). 🧐
A madame jeanette pepper might be a better fit I think? Mixed with some lemon rasp and herbs? On white fish? Chicken?
Looks interesting where are you buying it from? I’d like to try it!
