Used this to kick up some basic chicken. Decent heat, wonderful flavor. 10/10, would recommend.

Unpopular opinion, but I prefer Fly by Jing over Lao Gan Ma.
It’s overpriced, but tastes better.

A very expensive chili oil, but if you want something tasty and not Szechuan style, try getting the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil. It’s only 5 dollars and my local Vietnamese restaurant uses them.

I add this to my homemade egg drop soup at least once a week…soooo good.

This is one of the few popular ones I haven’t tried. I need to pick some up next time it’s on sale.

I’m planning on trying this after I finish up my jar of their regular.

Agree really good. Not too spicy but enough so you can experience it
