Made these for the kid but had to try one. 1 part banana, 1 part flour (self-rising works too). “Icing” is a little honey and water mixed. Topped with Whole Foods sprinkles. Approx. 110 calories from what I can tell. Does it taste like a donut? Not really. But it’s tasty enough you probably won’t crave a real one.
