the secret to good is good meat. it has to be prime and must cost at the minimum $20/lb. i prefer t bone or porterhouse steak, and if you want to get fancy, go to costco and buy the wagyu a5 steak. the a5 is only for me and family members. the american wagyu is what i serve to special guests

That side dish looks nice, but I see these problems (from the point of view of an Italian pasta dish):
Cheese on fish pasta is very odd, I'd DEFINITELY avoid cheese here. I don't think that fits at all, but you do you…
Also, it's such a well prepared pasta dish (with the exception of the cheese), that it's a shame to have it as a side. I'd serve it as a first dish, and have the steak as a second dish, so that each can be enjoyed in turn.
Finally, I'm less keen about mixing fish and meat in the same meal, just because I think they have such different flavours, but do whatever makes you happy.

Whats the tactic for eating the shrimp – do you tear it apart like a lobster and pull the meat out? The legs and eyes and such, and knowing it could not have possibly been de-veined are a bit of a turn off. Shrimp poo makes my guts bubbly… I didn't see how anyone ate it.

Your salvation is not through religion it is through your relationship with God through Jesus. Develop that personal relationship, by praying and reading the Bible. Trust in the words of Bible (in the original text), not solely in words of a pastor. So read the Bible for yourself, then pray and God will use the Holy Spirit to help you understand. Become a disciple of Jesus Christ following all that he has commanded in your life and he promises to be with you always. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Lastly, turn from your wicked ways and openly rely on God's grace. This doesn’t mean you are expected to be perfect (only Jesus was perfect) we are just expected to follow him. “For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,” Hebrews 10:26
Remember we are not saved by our works (earning our way into heaven), but only by our faith in God’s grace. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

In fact in USA your butter has more a white color because they remove during the creation of it what here in france we call 'the small milk', a part of the milk more greasy and flavoured than the milk they use there. Touchie Touchie Touchie does work. Been doing it since the 70's when I was standing on a chair, learning how to cook in my Mother's kitchen. There are two reasons that these guys say that that method doesn't work… Legal liability (Because America is a "Sue-Happy" Nation, and he's hocking products. LOL!! If you can't learn to cook using the Touchie method you shouldn't be cooking.
