Unfortunately it was a breakup and not eating anything but crown and coke for a week that kick started this again but I am back on track and loving my results. Down 10lbs in a month’s time.
Fave meal right now is a salmon bowl with rice, edamame, and Kinder’s japanese bbq sauce. Comes in around 600 cals and 100g of protein!
