
Fry one side of a low carb tortilla (mission 2g) in a skillet with avocado oil golden. Preheat oven to 425. Top the tortilla with 2.5tbsp of raos marinara, oregano, 5 applegate pepperonis, 1/4c Italian cheese and oregano. Bake for 5 mins. I topped with sriracha and Guy Fieri’s brand of chipotle sauce.
