Novas craft bbq @ Monkish paired with cats and dogs Belgian blonde and Songs of Silence Belgian blonde

The pork ribs were the show, the brisket had pull apart tho still not the best it was not bad smoked in white oak. I opted for no sauce it was my first time trying Novas so wanted to taste it the way it came.
