Sorry to post twice in one day. I’m just excited to share this one with those who haven’t seen it yet. Or maybe I’m just late to the game 🤔 It’s like a combination of pizza and lasagna— in my opinion. The longer it sits, the firmer it gets. We were just hungry so I didn’t let it sit hardly at all. I quadrupled the recipe because I was making for myself, my husband and our toddler. No, they aren’t keto, but they both love this one! I serve bread and butter with my toddlers portion.

Note: People are doing a taco bowl version of this also 😋

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup cottage cheese

    1/4 cup Raos pizza sauce

    15 slices pepperoni

    1 oz grated cheese

    1 sausage patty cooked and ground

    1 slice bacon cooked and cut into little pieces

    Directions:

    In a personal size, oven safe bake ware dish spread cottage cheese.

    Spread pizza sauce on top cottage cheese.

    Add all your toppings and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.

    Notes:

    You can add whatever pizza toppings you like!

    It is really runny at first but firms up the longer it sits.

    I love making cottage cheese bowls. Chicken with salsa verde and shredded cheese is also a Mexican style delight.
