Recipe – keto mini tortilla – Leftover cut up hamburger fat bombs (seasoned hamburger meat, bacon bits, diced tomatos, Jalapeño cream cheese, Gouda cheese – layered in muffin pan and cooked in oven 375 F, 15 minutes) – base layer of Rao Marinara sauce – Italian seasoning – Mexican shredded cheese Layer it all on the tortilla (my topping was more shredded cheese and Italian seasoning – then 5 minutes in Air fryer, 390F. Came out crispy and delicious. Ate this twice, this past weekend. 😂
