5g net carb per packet. Tonight I used it to make Alfredo noodles with keilbasa. Cook the noodles according to your liking from the packet instructions (I did 9 mins) and sauté 2oz of kielbasa in avocado oil with seasonings of your choice. Mix the sausage and noodles with 1/2c bertolli Alfredo sauce. Served with a baby Cobb salad (added pepperoncinis and used oil and vinegar for dressing) and 1g keto bun toasted, buttered and sprinkled with garlic salt and Parmesan. The second picture I made actual ramen with them, boiled in a cup of beef broth, 1tbsp sambol, also added top sirloin steak, 2 poached eggs, sliced radishes, jalapeno and green onions! Both so delicious.

I have been on the fence about buying theses I bought some of the Pete’s pasta and it is way to chewy nothing like real pasta not even close!
I don’t even know if I can make myself eat the other two packages they are so bad and they were expensive!
Agreed! Gamechanger for your bank account!
The problem is that you’ll lose weight with Immi but then you’ll lose your home because you can’t afford your mortgage, so you’ll have to get off keto because the soup kitchen is all carbs.
I was impressed with them too! But they are $$$$…
They’re not cheap for sure. I asked for a 6 pack for Christmas and have only eaten one. Was really good. I’m thinking about how I can make it into a real Ramen bowl.
I was an early subscriber to immi and a huge supporter and got treated like absolute trash by whoever handles their customer service, so I refuse to give them another penny for their overpriced products. And never received any sort of acknowledgment from higher ups as to why I was given the attitude I got from them.
The noodles were a decent stand in for ramen and I was willing to splurge for those but the flavorings were almost useless, so I still made my own broth. Throw in their customer service getting snippy with me about a package that was destroyed in transit that UPS reported to them without me even seeing it like it was my fault… done with that.
For about the same price (even a little cheaper I think) look for Nutdles on Amazon sold by Keto Naturals – same high fiber and I think a better texture. More simplified ingredients.
For ramen style soup or pho though now I prefer Noodle Revolution – egg whites and sodium alginate noodles, 1g carb. A little more slippery than normal pasta but they’re super good in some broth and also work great in pasta sauces like arrabiata and puttanesca. No fiber in em but I get about 300x daily need for fiber from other things already.
The ramen is good, the flavor pack is shit. I use the noodles and toss the packet.
The noodles are gross in both texture and taste. The season packets are fine.
