I went to brunch fest and seafood fest and ate whatever. I should have taken more photos at the seafood festival sorry it’s just the half eaten lobster roll photo 8.
Food eaten at seafood festival: large crab cake, main lobster roll, beignets, fish and fries, 3 spiked lemonades 20oz with a total of 6 shots of vodka and a rum confusion
And later that night i ordered pizza and bread sticks from Papa John’s
Next day:
Food eaten at brunch fest: breakfast burger, country scramble, 2 orders of mini donuts, 2 mimosas, 2 blood Mary’s, espresso martini (first time having one of those would recommend) lobster roll, 4 shots of different vodkas, and some nasty coconut water
That’s a lot of food right ?! here is what I did different. If I ordered something I shared it so I either ate half or 3/4 of it. My partner doesn’t like seafood as much as me so I ate most of the seafood (seafood is very low in calorie and high and protein). Also I was mindful of my body telling me hey I’m done and I stopped
The other thing that I did after all of this was finished was (drum roll) I went for a walk 1-3 mile walk. After my buzz went away of course. I walked 14,501 steps Saturday and Sunday 15,138 steps.
Trails are awesome
I was 139.6(my weight was this high because I ate dinner at almost midnight before going straight to sleep the night before) after the seafood festival I weighed 138.8 and after brunch fest I was 138.6
There is something about moving after eating I can’t quit place maybe because it uses up all the carbs I ate for dinner and then using everything else up later
