Smoked a turkey and Picanha, seared off the picanha on my new SMS grill

  1. I got a GMG Daniel Boone that I smoked it on at 225 for most of it. Picanha pulled at 125, rested, seared on SMS grill. Turkey I cooked til 110 than raised the temp to 275. Pulled at 161* to rest for 10 mins since I know it will cook a bit longer. Super tender turkey, could cut it with a fork after it was sliced up.
