Used a cast iron and no oven time, just resting. Would appreciate any and all tips !! Was a chuck steak :). Yesterday my first one was a ribeye which didn’t get a good sear because the pan should’ve been hotter when I started .. here are some pics!!

  1. Looks great. Agree that you shouldn’t use an oven for reverse sear for a steak this thin.
