  1. I grew up eating cottage cheese…we loved it! But Ricotta is good too🤗 I’ve never met a cheese I didn’t LOVE😂😂😂😂 This looks like an amazing recipe!! And garlic bread…mmmmm🥰❤🫶

  2. I remember my mom making homemade ravioli. I make lasagna quite often. Never thought to combine the two. I will definitely make this soon!

  3. Using ravs instead of lasagna is BRILLIANT!!!! After the 80s, I could never drain the pasta well enough. The watery mess was sad.

  4. Hi Catherine, this looks fun to make! I wouldn't have thought to put cottage cheese in with it, but I'll definitely give this a try. Sadly not tonight because I don't have all the ingredients and we are currently snowed in. And it's supposed to keep snowing for the next several hours. But maybe tomorrow night for dinner! I'm going to make it exactly how you have done this. My husband isn't a big ricotta cheese fan but I'm going to use the cheese ravioli anyway because it'll give this delicious looking dish another depth of flavor.

  5. This Rivioli Lasagna dish is to die for . please can you message me info on how to make this. I have trouble remembering and could mess it up. We don't want that to happen. Thank you.

  6. I love watching your videos! Your voice is so pleasant and your recipes look so good. They always make me happy keep them coming ❤😊

  7. I made this today for my dad, mom and brother they loved it. Mom can't do red sauce so she didn't wanna try it so I did the sugar and she ate 2 plates of it. Thank you

  8. I also add 1/2 cup of red wine to my sauce like my grandmother did. It reduces the acid along with the sugar. I always use ricotta. I like the idea of ravioli instead of noodles.

  9. Hi Catherine I made this last night for family dinner. I used Italian sausage raviolis and ricotta cheese. My family really liked it. But wasn’t really fond of ricotta cheese. We never use it in the regular lasagna recipe. So next time I will not use ricotta. It was yummy and a very hearty meal. Love the ravioli. Next time my grandson wants cheese ravioli lol. He’s 8

  10. Cottage cheese fan big time! I take Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos and crumble them fine in to a bowl of Cottage Cheese leaving a few bigger crumbles. Awe Man Good Stuff!

  11. Hello Catherine,
    Now that’s some good stuff!!!
I love cottage cheese, but I have used both in my lasagna dishes.
Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe 😊

  12. If you see this, I'm late watching. I love BOTH cottage cheese AND Ricotta. I'm Italian, so……….. Pasta is one of my favorite dishes. Can't wait to try THIS!!!! 💕💕

  13. Can this be put together the night before, refrigerated, and heated for lunch? If so, what time would you recommend for baking in the oven?
