Hello everyone. This is my father’s/families Weber grill. Long story short it’s fairly new but it’s giving us problems. My dad called requesting the serial number to go ahead with getting it looked at. I took a brief look around before I left for work and I didn’t see anything. Can someone tell me where I can find:
A- the serial number
B- the model number

That looks like a 2020 E-325 Genesis
Should be a nameplate inside the doors. Might have to get down on your hands and knees
