Anyone else roast your garlic then freeze it?
Then you thaw in micro for 20 sec, squeeze what you need.

    I prefer to roast it, squeeze it out and then freeze it either in ice cube molds or in a really flat (2-3 mm) ziplock bag. You can just break a piece from it easily.

    Yes, but I peel the cloves and roast them whole in a covered dish so I don’t have to fuck around with the garlic skins more than once
