– 5g puffed kamut: 20

Snack 1: 78cal
– PG Tips w almond milk: 3
– 250g mini watermelon: 75

Lunch: 348cal
– 1 La Tortilla Factory wrap: 70
– 50g romaine: 8
– 80g Kirkland chicken thigh: 112
– 2tbs Walden Farms caesar: 0
– 150g yellow bell pepper: 40

Snack 2: 140
– 30g Annie’s cheddar bunnies: 140

Dinner: 362cal
– 1/2 cup Sprague black beans: 100cal
– 80g avocado: 128
– 50g red onion: 20
– 120g cherry tomato: 20
– 1/3 cup cooked frozen corn: 53
– 15g sheep’s feta: 40
– Lemon juice, salt, dill: 0

Today’s total comes out to 1144 calories with 60g of protein, 163g carbs, 31g fiber, 43g protein, 41g fat :3

    This is a good amount of food and it all looks so filling! Thanks for posting this, I always think I’m going to starve with calorie counting but this gives me hope.
