Just got my Searwood delivered and getting it seasoned. I will try and update with some performance after a high temp and a low and slow cook.

I hope that Weber aren’t making this a North American exclusive!! As an Australian, I’ll feel abandoned and ripped off having to buy the junk that is the Smokefire. I simply won’t buy second rate garbage and I’ll instead hold out for the searwood or go woodwind pro or something else. Some companies need to wake up and realise that this is a global thing now and not just restricted to America.
