The Laoganma standard is always a classic but it’s very salty. The Laoganma mushroom is unbelievable. As is the Laoganma Beef. If you ever get a chance, try it.

I personally will continue to buy the momofuku. I don’t care for David Chang, but I never have. He’s corny and pompous. This new drama doesn’t change anything. Every one of these companies is going to do what they can to position themselves to be as successful as possible.
The reason we know about it is because he’s famous.

The most important reason for me is that it’s delicious. It’s the only product they make that I enjoy at all, but I enjoy it a lot.
It, as well as Crunchy Garlic have a subtle sweetness to them, as well as an actual crunch that I really love.

Life is short and pretty terrible. There is so little to enjoy, and so many much bigger battles to pick.
