Currently on a bagel kick as l've been trying to visit all of the hyped bagel spots and just visited Layla for the first time.
Disclaimer: the only thing I ate in this photo was the tomato bagel since I had to drop off the other items to family and didn't get a chance to eat it with them. I did try their loose bagels too.
The best way I can describe their bagels is a better version of Belle's. It's not as tough as a bite on the outer layer and the overall texture was better. The heirloom tomatoes on the Scarlett were great and the red chili flakes give it a nice bite of spice. The speed of service is impressive, I was behind about 9 people in line and waited probably no longer than like 18 minutes to receive my whole order.

Overall rating I would give this place is 8.7/10 l would definitely come back. Courage is next!
