Title. What baffles me though is the recipe instructs you to toss the marinade instead of providing suggestions for other uses.
Today I cooked it down a bit with starch to sauce up some eggplant and broccoli I had lying around. If you stick to the shorter end of the suggested marinating time it really makes for a great weeknight dinner

Just made this recipe but with wings a few days and probably again this week.
The sugar burns easily. I tried adding some mayo but it didn’t help that much maybe because the marinade was too liquidy.
