  8. Está buena la receta,pero a mi me gusta el pernil con el cuerito bien crujiente,y para éso hay que omitir el limón y jugo de naranja..Sólo ajo,pimienta,orégano ( bastante cantidad) y aceite de achiote,o sazón con color..se hornea a 350 grados por 4 horas,y 15 minutos extra
    a 400 grados por la parte del cuerito,y queda sabroso( marinar desde un día antes) se sirve con un buen arroz con gandules,y plátanos verdes cocídos..
