Weck is the Pa Dutch word for rolls.
These're a cup AP, Bread, and Dark Rye flour. Basic enriched dough otherwise, cooked in a slightly too hot oven.
Brushed with butter midway through (after letting out what little steam I managed to get in there

Were really good, sadly I forgot to get a crumb shot though. Rye came through surprisngly well
