Looks amazing. I really miss Italian bmts from subway, and I’ve never even had a real Italian deli quality sub like you have there. I want to try making my own spicy Genoa salami and prosciutto out of tvp or something else like that, I truly think it could be done it just has a very high skill ceiling to making these vegan meats and I worry it will take a while to reach the level I want.
