That looks delicious. I’d blow ass for like 10 hours straight after eating but would totally be worth it.

I need that in my mouth more than anything else that’s been in it.

this would send a medieval peasant child into a 3 month coma

I would absolutely destroy this happily. The potato pancake is a stretch unless fried super crunchy just because of the other ingredients being a bit mushy.

My husband made ham and hash brown sandwich today and holy cow was it good

It looks very good, but in all my decades eating fish fry in Wisconsin and being a chef in Wisconsin, this does not scream Wisconsin to me. It has plenty of Wisconsin supper club components, they’re just not typically combined in this fashion.
Tartar, perch, rye bread, and either shredded lettuce or slaw, that is what I think of when I think of a fish sandwich here in northern Wisconsin. With option for added American.
All that said, I’ll take two, with added raw onions, 3 brandy old fashions (sour, not sweet), 3 Moon Man’s, and one grasshopper ice cream cocktail for dessert. And two trips to the salad bar. God damn, I love Wisconsin supper clubs haha

Needs marbled rye instead of pretzel bun. Still looks delicious.

First time hearing someone call a hashbrown a potato pancake.
