This looks good but I think I would include butterscotch chips and coconut like a 7 layer cookie which is a favorite in my family!

I am originally from WV. I have eaten this pie, it is so good and rich. My Mom made Mincemeat pies, too. Oh gosh, I haven't had a piece if either for over 40 years. Love your channel, Catherine!!!!!
