Got a waffle maker recently and I've been finding so many cool ways to use it! (two donuts were eaten prior to the photo being taken)

Had a savoury breakfast for a change and was craving something sweet for lunch!

Without the toppings 11 donuts come up to 328kcal/18g protein

I used 0% fat Greek yogurt, tsp of Stevia, egg and self rising flour.

recipe: mix yogurt and egg together (I added a teaspoon of stevia for sweetness), add the SR flour (if using AP or any other, add a tsp of baking powder), mix, add a droplet of oil (otherwise dough was tad bit too dry) put the mixture into your waffle maker (i used donut plates). Done! 🙂
