Felt like through the symptoms and bloating this day would never come but it finally did and it came with a hunger like no other so I decided the first meal I saw on Instagram would be my dinner and well it didn’t disappoint. Amazing food truck. I only finished the Sandwich and a little piece of tender and a couple bites of toast and a few fries and gave the rest to my partner. The fact he ate his and basically 2/3 of mine is amazing. I’m still debating if I want another pie today (imma make one – add a photo I made a few days ago) and then I’m getting back on track tomorrow as I’m sitting here slamming Coke Zero sugar cherry vanilla soda. It’s zero calories. I’m also exhausted and want to go to sleep but also want to keep watching fall out 😩 being a woman is stressful sometimes

    Looks the same as a meal from a place called Dave’s hot chicken.  If you’re curious to track,  they have the calories listed when you go to order.  

    They list a slider at 620-680.  If you didn’t want to know. Then it’s totally not Dave’s, so that’s completely wrong😉

    Honestly, since it’s food truck food, the cals could be surprisingly low. Maybe around 800-900 cals.

    imo period days get a pass. You can go back to restricting once it’s done.(obviously within reason, that’s a given.)

    I am so jealous. I bet it tasted so good! I’m in the same boat (period is in like 3 days – I’m ravenous beforehand). I had pizza for the first time in 9 weeks. Emotionally…I needed it. I have a history of bulimia and the fullness is really triggering (even though I didn’t binge) but I’m fighting through it.
