Sharing my favorite diet recipe!
Ingredients:
-Chopped cabbage (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
-3 tbsp chopped kimchi
-100g rice
-half can of tuna or 1 chicken sausage
-half tbsp minced garlic
-Soy sauce 1tbsp
-Red pepper powder 1tbsp
-Monk fruit sweetener (or any sugar substitute) 1tbsp
-1 egg

  1. Stir fry cabbage in the olive oil
  2. Add kimchi and minced garlic to the pan
  3. Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, monk fruit
  4. Add tuna and rice
  5. Mix everything well
  6. Plate once it's cooked
  7. Fry an egg and put on top of the rice
  8. Can add sesame oil & sesame seeds if you have !

    My recipe is almost same.

    I put cabbage very last minute for keeping rice crunch/crisp
    (Stir fry cabbage separately one time before add. because of moisture)
