Catherine, that sounds like the weather in North Carolina. For the last week we have had upper 60s to the low to mid 70s. I love those plump green grapes.

I like Celery Grapes Green Peppers Pecans and Red Onion
If you needed to stretch this for a large family, you could add the mixture to elbow macaroni. You may need to double the “sauce”, though. I’d add it in increments, until the pasta is coated to your desired preference. Any leftover sauce would be great on chicken or turkey cold cut sandwiches. (Add a little prepared horseradish to it for roast beef!) Yumm!!
