Hey all, I bought these 3 ribeyes and thought it'd be a good idea to marinate them over night in this new marinade I bought. Long story short, I ended up going out through the weekend and tonight marks 3 nights of them marinating in the fridge (36f). I figured l'd follow through with reverse searing them on the traeger but I'm curious if I'm wasting my time as they might be a little overpowered, etc. Any ideas welcome, thanks!

Being marinated in something acidic like that for so long is going to really negatively affect the texture of your steaks unfortunately

Slow cook it, then shred for tacos.

Might still make a good taco, but the steak is cooked

Those are strip steaks. Marinade? Maybe 36hrs max. Grill ‘em anyway, but have the pizza shop number handy.
