I made the recipe from meat church and they came out pretty good. I had these going on my Walmart pellet smoker while I cut the yard, it took about 1h 30m. The temp in my smoker is all over the place; set to 375° but my Bluetooth Weber probe told me that the temp around the eggs were around 285°-300°. I cranked the grill up to 425° the last 30 minutes or so and the probe was reading around 350° around the eggs when I pulled them off. They were over 200° internal when I temped them so I forwent adding the glaze and just pulled them off.
I would make these again but would do some things differently. This was a good test run before making them for a bunch of people.
