  1. Hi love the video and recipe but on your site I couldn’t find bone in will it be the same cooking time I’m making Posole and shredded tacos for our dinners and would like to know 😊

  2. Thank you for the video. I was looking for an easy, quick way to make shredded chicken for a tamale pie recipe. This perfectly did the trick and the KitchenAid as a shredder totally rocked it. Thank you!!!

  3. Soo awesome !! Thank you for the idea 💡 I am making my first pulled chicken using the instant pot !! I have some pulled pork using the grill to smoke the pork for 4 hours and then the crock pot for the remainder of the time and came out great everyone loved it but I have never used a instant pot So today is my first time

  4. Absolutely fabulous "how to video"!Thank you for the great instruction. I bought an Instant Pot but have been afraid to use it due to my perception of the steep learning curve to operate it. But you make the procedure soooo simple. Quick question…If you don't own a fancy mixer like you used, will either an old fashioned electric 2 beater mixer or a Cuisinart with dough paddle work?

  5. What a great way to make this. I would have never thought of using a flat beater of a stand up mixer—worked great. I can’t believe some people said it was dry, it was not. It was juicy and delicious. Worked well in using the chicken in another recipe.

  6. I am pretty sure you can do this with pork by using your kitchen aid to shred your meat or with any other meat. Great tip

  7. Came to the video for a good shredded chicken recipe for meal prep, leaving with the best kitchen hack ever lol

  8. Great video and tips for shredding. Could you please include the link to weights of Chicken Breasts and TIME. I didn’t quite understand where to go to find that out.

  9. Uhhhhh, did the heavens just part and allow a smidgen of blessings to be bestowed on this lowly creature?!?!?!? That stand mixer shredding the chicken hack is genius! Thx for sharing.

  10. Thank you for this! But I do want to say the flowers being so close to the pot is kind of distracting and odd. Maybe just in the background would be better? Sorry for being blunt!

  11. I found that if you cook the chicken in the Instant pot long enough it becomes so tender it shreds like hot butter and a knife using a fork
